O primeiro foi com poucos acontecimentos. Apesar do domínio do Palmeiras, as chances de perigo foram quase nulas. As melhores oportunidades ao longo dos 45 minutos iniciais partiram de Luiz Adriano, aos seis minutos, quando tentou de calcanhar, apesar de ter pego fraco na bola, aos 13, com Gabriel Veron, que acabou travado na tentativa, e já nos acréscimos, quando Patrick de Paula tentou forte, com a bola passando perto do gol defendido por Kewin.

COM EMOÇÃO…
A emoção que faltou no primeiro tempo apareceu com tudo logo na volta para a etapa final. Aos dois minutos, Zé Rafael passou pela marcação com facilidade e mandou com perigo. Felipe Melo teve a chance de abrir o marcador aos dez, de cabeça. Mas foi o Mirassol, aos 14 minutos, que tirou o primeiro zero do placar. Gustavo Gómez chegou atrasado e Rafael Silva conseguiu receber de Maranhão para estufar as redes do goleiro Weverton. Mirassol 1 a 0.

COM MUITA EMOÇÃO!
Atrás do marcador, o Palmeiras acordou e passou a ser efetivo. Tanto que precisou de somente oito minutos para fazer três gols, virando o marcador e garantindo a vitória, justa, por 3 a 1. O empate saiu aos 23 com Gustavo Gómez, aproveitando cruzamento de Gabriel Menino. A virada saiu aos 28 com Raphael Veiga, em excelente lance de Bruno Henrique. E a confirmação dos três pontos apareceu aos 31, com Luiz Adriano, após receber de Gabriel Veron. Grande segundo tempo, com muita emoção, compensando completamente os 45 minutos iniciais aquém do esperado.

وقال محمود الزنفلي حارس مرمى البنك الأهلي في تصريحات تلفزيونية عبر فضائية “أون تايم سبورتس”: “نحمد الله على النتيجة، حصدنا نقطة بعد خسارة المباراة الماضية”.

وأضاف: “لعبنا مباراة كبيرة أمام فريق كبير مثل الأهلي، وتعاهدنا على ألا نخسر مباراتين متتاليتين، لولا ركلة الجزاء التي لم يحالفنا الحظ فيها كنا حققنا نتيجة إيجابية، لدينا خط دفاع جيد جدًا، وكل اللاعبين هذا الموسم يحفظون بعضهم البعض وهناك ثقة متبادلة”.

في الوقت ذاته، أكد أحمد ياسين لاعب الفريق أن الجهاز يقوم بدور كبير مع اللاعبين، مشيرًا إلى أنهم تعاهدوا على القيام بشيء مختلف هذا الموسم.

وتنطلق بطولة كأس العرب في الفترة من الثلاثاء 30 نوفمبر وحتى السبت 18 ديسمبر، وينظمها الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم.

A situação interna do Botafogo passou por um importante alívio. Nesta semana, funcionários e jogadores do clube de General Severiano receberam parte dos salários que estavam atrasados. A diretoria do Alvinegro conseguiu mover tal ação com ajuda do Sindiclubes, que desbloqueou parte da verba da premiação do último Campeonato Brasileiro.

Funcionários da sede social e do Estádio Nilton Santos receberam o valor referente aos meses de novembro, dezembro, segunda parcela do 13º e férias, ainda com relação ao ano passado. Os jogadores, do elenco profissional e das categorias de base, ganharam os vencimentos de janeiro.

A diretoria do Glorioso ainda está em aberto com os últimos dois meses de 2019, a segunda parcela do 13º e as férias do ano passado com os atletas. Aos funcionários, janeiro ainda não foi pago.

O Botafogo havia desbloqueado R$ 5,7 milhões na última quinta-feira, mas o dinheiro, por ordem judicial, nem passou pelos cofres do clube. O próprio Sindiclubes começou a repassar a verba a funcionários e jogadores na última quarta-feira e finalizou o processo nesta quinta-feira, com todos os envolvidos ganhando aquilo que têm direito.

O dinheiro que estava bloqueado era referente à premiação do último Campeonato Brasileiro. Dos R$ 11,9 milhões que o Botafogo teve direito por ter terminado na 15ª colocação, R$ 2.219.688,00 foram penhorados a favor da empresa do ex-goleiro Roger. Outros R$ 3,8 milhões foram utilizados pelo clube anteriormente para cobrir despesas.

A diretoria do Botafogo, porém, não pode comemorar por muito tempo. O mês de janeiro vencerá na próxima sexta-feira, quinto dia útil do mês, como de praxe. Os dirigentes e cardeais do Alvinegro correm contra o tempo para conseguirem mais dinheiro e pagar o quanto antes.

Graeme Swann believes Kevin Pietersen is not a natural captain and has claimed the batsman was never the right man to lead England. Swann, who captained England himself in the Twenty20s against West Indies last month, suggested that Andrew Strauss’s calm leadership style has been central to England’s success.Pietersen was named England captain in August 2008, but his tenure lasted just five months after a much-publicised spat with then-coach Peter Moores. Strauss then took up the role and his harmonious partnership with Andy Flower has seen England crowned the world’s No. 1 Test team.In his new book, , Swann claims Pietersen does not command respect in the same way as the more reserved Strauss.”There is no doubt that Kev is a good player, a really fine batsman, but he was never the right man to captain England in my opinion,” Swann said. “Some people are better leaders of men, and Kev, for all his abundant talent is not one of those natural leaders.”I wouldn’t say he was a useless captain, but he wasn’t my sort of captain, and we’ve ended up with the right man. I can’t really work out why Strauss demands respect, but he does. I’ve known him for a long time but there is a line I won’t cross with him that I will cross with anyone else. Chelsea stormed to another victory on Saturday, picking up a 3-1 win over Swansea City at Stamford Bridge. It’s a win that means the Blues have moved an incredible 11 points ahead of second place, albeit having played a game more than Manchester City.The win came courtesy of Cesc Fabregas, Pedro and Diego Costa although the side did have to overcome the scare of a Fernando Llorente equaliser and a period in the game when the Swans looked well capable of winning a point.The transformation of Chelsea under Antonio Conte has been quite remarkable. From a team who couldn’t finish in the top four to a side capable of blowing away any team in the division.And as this stat from Squawka shows, he has in fact made the best start of any Premier League manager in history. He’s become the quickest manager to reach 20 wins in his debut season.

It’s incredible stuff that really underlines what a fantastic job he is doing at the club. He’s creating a platform that could usher in a whole new era of massive success at Stamford Bridge.

O Botafogo voltou a atuar mal e chegou à quinta partida seguida sem vitórias no Campeonato Brasileiro e à quarta derrota consecutiva. A derrota para o Fluminense, no Nilton Santos, por 1 a 0, neste domingo, custou o cargo do treinador Eduardo Barroca, após 23 rodadas da competição.

Em campo, o Alvinegro mostrou-se um time desorganizado, lento e sem poder de reação. O nervosismo dos jogadores pela pressão sofrida durante a semana, marcada por invasão do treinamento e protestos de torcedores, também foi visível e influenciou na derrota. Erros de conclusão

O início do jogo deu a impressão de um Botafogo mais organizado do meio para a frente, com Diego Souza como o responsável pela distribuição. Quando chegava na cara do gol, no entanto, o time, mais uma vez, pecava muito no último passe e na hora de finalizar. O colombiano subiu mais e conseguiu completar um cruzamento de Gilberto e acabar com um jejum de 11 jogos sem balançar as redes. A movimentação de Nenê, que mudava de lado constantemente, também confundiu os defensores alvinegros em muitos lances. O estrago só não foi maior porque João Pedro não estava em tarde muito inspirada.

Nervosismo

Pressionado pelos maus resultados e pela semana marcada por protestos de torcedores, invasão de treino e muros pichados, o Botafogo mostrou ter sentido a pressão na partida. O nervosismo dos jogadores era notório, e muitas vezes eles se precipitaram nas escolhas dentro de campo, optando por chutes de fora da área, lançamentos sem direção ou conclusões de qualquer jeito.

Reposição fraca

O técnico Eduardo Barroca bem que tentou dar nova cara ao time no segundo tempo, com as entradas dos atacantes Rodrigo Pimpão e Victor Rangel e do meia Leo Valencia. Os dois primeiros não conseguiram mostrar nada de novo e erraram muito no domínio e nas finalizações, nas poucas chances que tiveram. Já o chileno não conseguiu ser bem sucedido na missão de fazer com que a bola chegasse em melhores condições para os homens de frente. O que se viu foi um time desorganizado e lento durante os 90 minutos.

Sem poder de reação

O Botafogo sentiu o golpe do gol de Yony González na parte final do primeiro tempo. Ainda assim, a equipe teve toda a segunda etapa para buscar reverter o resultado, mas não mostrou qualquer poder de reação. O agora ex-técnico Eduardo Barroca deixou o campo muito abatido no intervalo, em um prenúncio do que estava por vir. O estado de ânimo do comandante da equipe parece ter interferido no desempenho do time em campo. O Botafogo jogou na base do desespero sem oferecer, de fato, perigo ao Tricolor.

Calum MacLeod thrashed a 23-ball half-century to set Durham on the way to a 41-run win against Northamptonshire under the Duckworth/Lewis method in the NatWest T20 Blast match at Chester-le-Street.The Scot made 60 and Phil Mustard 51 as Durham reached 174 for 8 after being put in, a decision the visitors had cause to regret as they stumbled to 47 for 5 in poor light before rain halted play.They had batted for eight overs, three more than required for a result to be declared, and when the rain stopped it was announced that they needed a further 84 runs off four overs. Not even Shahid Afridi, on 3 not out after going in at No. 6, could have been expected to pull that off and after further deliberation in semi-darkness the umpires called it a day.The fading light was already taking effect at the end of the Durham innings as they added only 28 after scorching to 146 for 3 after 15 overs.On midsummer nights Durham will hope both for better weather and bigger crowds than the 2,940 who turned up.They lost captain Mark Stoneman for a four-ball duck when an excellent ball from Rory Kleinveldt nipped in to take out his off stump.The only run off the first over resulted from a wide and there were only two off the South African’s second, but MacLeod set about David Willey then Oliver Stone.Insights

Calum MacLeod’s 23-ball fifty was the standout individual performance for Durham but that shouldn’t overshadow the excellent performance with the ball that saw them take four Northamptonshire wickets in the Powerplay. Although bowling in T20 is defined by run-containment, there is no method more effective at stopping run-scoring than taking wickets. Batsmen often take the headlines but Durham’s bowlers were crucial to the victory.
