Após pedido do Fluminense e concordância de Diego Cavalieri, a Justiça acatou e determinou o bloqueio de 15% dos valores que o clube tem a receber junto ao Grupo Globo, até o limite de R$ 3.141.746,93. A decisão é a favor do goleiro – atualmente no Botafogo – em ação de cobrança trabalhista contra o Tricolor na 31ª Vara do Trabalho do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da Primeira Região (TRT-1), proferida na tarde desta terça-feira pela juíza Cristina Almeida de Oliveira.

Há um ano, Fluminense e Diego Cavalieri entraram em acordo na Justiça por esta dívida trabalhista, no total de R$ 6.105.124,74. Dois meses depois, o goleiro comunicou nos autos o inadimplemento no pagamento, com o saldo devido, na oportunidade, de R$ 3.800.317,98. Bloqueios vêm sendo realizados desde então, até que no início deste ano, em segunda instância, o bloqueio das verbas de TV tinha sido reduzido de 100% para 30%.

Agora, após concordância de ambas as partes, foi novamente reduzido o percentual do bloqueio – desta vez pelo juízo de primeira instância do caso, no TRT-1 – para 15%. O Grupo Globo terá que depositar este percentual em juízo para ser repassado ao jogador. O pedido por parte do Fluminense para esta nova redução do bloqueio aliviará as contas e o fluxo de caixa do clube.

“Analisando os autos verifico que foi homologado por este juízo acordo no valor de R$ 6.105.124,74 conforme petição de ID 1f5b3d2 em 30/05/2018.

Após, peticiona o autor informando o inadimplemento no pagamento do referido acordo em 20/07/2018 (ID 1366c51) indicando o valor devido no total de R$ 3.800.317,98.

Expedido mandado de bloqueio de créditos do executado junto a Globo Comunicação e Participações S/A foi comprovado nos autos depósito no valor de R$ 1.350.000,00, já liberado alvará ao réu (R$ 945.000,00 equivalente à 70% do valor bloqueado) e ao autor (R$ 405.000,00, equivalente à 30% do valor bloqueado) nos termos da decisão liminar proferida nos autos do MS 0100139-44.2019.5.01.0000.

Considerando a manifestação do autor informando a concordância quanto ao percentual de 15% a ser aplicado nos bloqueios de crédito já deferidos por este juízo conforme requerido pelo réu, determino a expedição de mandado de notificação à Globo Comunicação e Participações S/A informando que proceda ao bloqueio de créditos do executado FLUMINENSE FOOTBALL CLUB limitados ao percentual de 15%.

No mais, verifico que consta nos autos a comprovação de depósito no valor de R$ 450.000,00 (ID d7377dc) referente a 30% dos créditos do executado libere-se alvará ao autor no valor de R$ 225.000,00 (15%) e ao réu no valor de R$ 225.000,00 (15%), notificando-os para ciência.

Por fim, aguarde-se as transferência de valores pela Globo Comunicação e Participações S/A a fim de integralizar o valor remanescente no total de R$ 3.141.746,93.

كشفت تقارير صحفية بريطانية، أن نادي الاتفاق السعودي يسعى للتعاقد مع الدولي الإنجليزي ماسون جرينوود، بعد رحيله عن مانشستر يونايتد، خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الجارية.

اللاعب الإنجليزي كان متهمًا بالاعتداء على صديقته، ورغم تبرئته من جميع التهم، إلا أن نادي مانشستر يونايتد قرر فسخ عقده، وذلك احترامًا للنساء اللاتي يشجعن النادي.

وحسب ما أفادت صحيفة “ذا صن” البريطانية، فإن ستيفن جيرارد المدير الفني لفريق كرة القدم الأول بنادي الاتفاق، يريد التعاقد مع ماسون جرينوود، ويستعد لتقديم عرض له.

ولم يشارك جرينوود في أي مباراة رفقة مانشستر يونايتد منذ يناير 2022، عندما تمت إدانته بالتورط في الاغتصاب والاعتداء الجنسي القسري.

ويفكر الاتفاق في عرض عقد على جرينوود بقيمة 10 ملايين جنيه إسترليني في العام، وهو أكبر بكثير مما كان يتقاضاه في مانشستر يونايتد، حيث لم يتعد راتبه الـ4 ملايين في الموسم.

وفي حالة انضمامه للفريق، سيجد جرينوود وجهًا مألوفًا له كزميل وهو جوردان هندرسون قائد ليفربول السابق، وزميله في منتخب إنجلترا من قبل، والذي انتقل هذا الصيف للاتفاق.

It ended dramatically at Sabina Park, with tension contorting the faces of anxious fans, both Indian and West Indian, as the hosts pursued India’s massive total of 339 with tenacity. West Indies chased valiantly and stayed in the game throughout despite the regular fall of wickets but, in the end, their challenge lacked an innings combining aggression with longevity, two qualities that Yuvraj Singh blended perfectly during his match-winning 131 off 102 balls.India were succumbing to their bugbear, having lost early wickets to the short ball, when Yuvraj joined Dinesh Karthik to rebuild the innings from 32 for 2. His approach made up for the absence of Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and Suresh Raina and allayed fears of weakness in the batting order. Yuvraj revived the Indian innings by adding 135 with Karthik for the third wicket, a partnership that laid the platform for only the second ODI total in excess of 300 in Jamaica.That two out of the three 300-plus scores at Sabina Park were made in this match despite a slow pitch and outfield spoke volumes about the mediocrity of the bowling attacks. West Indies’ bowling disintegrated after Jerome Taylor’s opening spell, losing discipline in line and length as they fed the Indian batsmen a diet of short or full balls. They conceded 22 runs in extras, and bowled three front-foot no-balls resulting in free hits, largesse they could ill afford. India’s bowlers were worse, conceding 19 runs through wides, and bowling two no-balls: Chris Gayle deposited one of the free-hits over the long-on boundary. That they defended the target by 20 runs, was more due to the size of the total they were protecting and the West Indies’ batsmen’s ill-timed dismissals each time they got on a roll.India seemed unlikely, however, to reach such a large total on evidence of how they batted at the start. Taylor hurried the batsmen with pace and beat them with seam movement during his first spell. He unsettled Gautam Gambhir with a 92mph delivery from round the wicket that hurried the left-hander, whose feeble attempt to hook landed in Dwayne Bravo’s hands at midwicket. Unfortunately for West Indies, the pressure Taylor created dissipated because there was none forthcoming from the other end with Lionel Baker, Dwayne Bravo and David Bernard unable to bowl economically for a sustained period.Even the batsmen who revived India survived nervous starts: Karthik was cut in half by Baker while Yuvraj was constantly beaten by short-of-length deliveries which seamed across him. The moment the length was full, though, the batsmen took advantage: Karthik drove Dwayne Bravo to the extra-cover boundary and Yuvraj was able to put away Baker’s full offering to the point fence.After growing in confidence, Karthik added Twenty20 flavour to the sedate pace of 50-over cricket, reaching his half-century with a scoop that carried for six over fine leg against Bernard. He tried it again, on 67, but this time he was undone by Bernard’s slower ball and scooped a catch to the wicketkeeper.Yuvraj, however, stayed firm and the momentum swung towards India in two phases, the first of which was when the spinners came on after the 20th over. He attacked Suleimann Benn and Gayle, pulling and slog-sweeping thrice over the midwicket boundary and India, largely through Yuvraj scored 70 runs between overs 20 and 27.The second period of acceleration was during the batting Powerplay, taken in the 34th over. India began the five-over spell on 191 for 3 and Yuvraj set the tone by carving Baker to the cover boundary off the second ball before launching sixes over cover and midwicket to take 16 runs off the over.Gayle turned to his best bowler but Yuvraj tore into Taylor’s second spell, flicking him twice off the pads for four, and hitting him for sixes over cover, midwicket and long-on. MS Dhoni also went after him, shoveling a six down the ground. Taylor’s two-over spell cost 37 runs and India scored 62 off the Powerplay. Taylor never recovered from the onslaught and finished with 1 for 74 after conceding only 16 off his first five overs.West Indies appeared hapless against Yuvraj until Dwayne Bravo found the edge of his bat as he tried to glance towards fine leg. Bravo raised hopes of a fightback by dismissing Ravindra Jadeja first ball but useful innings from Dhoni and Yusuf Pathan steered India past 300, and a six from Harbhajan Singh off the last ball took them to 339.Chasing 340 needed something special from Gayle and he began to deliver, muscling his way to 37 before top-edging a pull off Ashish Nehra to mid-on. Morton attempted to fill the void left by his opening partner and stepped up after his departure, steering West Indies to 70 for 1 after ten overs before he was unlucky to be given out caught down the leg side for 42. Despite the loss of both set batsmen, Ramnaresh Sarwan ensured West Indies kept abreast with the asking-rate, using his feet nimbly against the spinners to clear the boundary. In fact, Sarwan had just lofted Yuvraj for the most languid of straight sixes when he was run out for 45 the next ball while attempting an unnecessary second run.It was now down to Shivnarine Chanderpaul and he too stepped up to ensure the equation didn’t get out of hand, carting Yuvraj for consecutive sixes and reaching his half-century with two whips to the fine-leg boundary off Ishant Sharma. However, Chanderpaul also fell immediately after hitting a six: he had smacked Yusuf Pathan over the square-leg boundary and was caught repeating the shot the very next ball. Chanderpaul’s dismissal for 63 was a crippling blow and appeared to be the end of West Indies chances but they fought on determinedly. Denesh Ramdin threw his bat around, so did Jerome Taylor and David Bernard, fraying India’s nerves to the limit. They couldn’t quite complete what would have been an astonishing win, though, for they needed one of their more accomplished top-order batsmen to stay to stay a little longer.

England batsman Alex Hales has highlighted the importance of bringing the side’s T20 squad together as they build towards the World T20.England have five more T20s scheduled before the World T20 begins in Bangladesh on March 16 and Hales feels the time together is essential ahead of a global tournament.”A lot of Twenty20 is based around momentum,” Hales said. “These two games coming up are huge for us heading into Barbados where we are playing against a very strong West Indies side who are the current World Cup holders for Twenty20.”We have a lot of tough cricket coming up which should stand us in good stead for what is going to be a good World Cup campaign.”Hales has joined a squad that has changed significantly since England’s tour of Australia began in October. But now, with England set to take a primarily 20-over squad to the West Indies which includes three ODIs, the squad has time to settle.”That’s great for us,” Hales said. “Usually we only get one or two weeks together. Play, travel, play and then we are off on our separate ways. It’s a good period of time for us to come together as a squad. We have some good cricket coming up, heading off to Barbados and then hopefully a successful World Cup campaign in what I think is a very strong squad.”England arrive at the MCG for the second T20 needing victory to keep the series alive. Hales is confident they can deliver after a display in Hobart that, despite defeat, had enough bright points to offer encouragement for the future and feels his own game is in good shape having played in the Big Bash League.”I think the confidence in this group is very high,” Hales said. “The last seven or eight games we’ve scored around 200 runs each time so we have a lot of confidence.”I’ve been out here a couple of months now so I am pretty used to conditions. I’ve spent a few winters over here before in the past so I’m pretty familiar with how the wickets play over here. I’m looking forward to turning this series around and hopefully winning 2-1.”It’s a huge game; any international game of cricket is particularly playing at the MCG in front of what is going to be a huge crowd. O duelo

Apoiado pela torcida, o Cuiabá iniciou o duelo no campo do adversário, mas quem abriu o placar foi o Operário. Após cruzamento, Felipe Augusto mandou para o fundo das redes.

A resposta do time da casa não demorou muito. Também na bola aérea, Alê completou para o gol e fez a alegria da torcida.

Na base da pressão, o Cuiabá virou na casa dos 37 minutos, quando Allan Vieira jogou de vilão e marcou contra.

No segundo tempo o jogo foi morno. Apesar das poucas chances criadas, o Cuiabá ampliou a vantagem com Todinho, porém a arbitragem assinalou falta do atacante e anulou o gol.

Nos minutos finais, o Operário-PR aumentou o volume, encurralou o rival, mas não conseguiu ser efetivo para evitar a derrota.

Quase tudo deu errado para o Vasco na tarde deste domingo, no Pacaembu. Com atuação muito ruim, o time carioca foi derrotado pelo Santos por 3 a 0, mas poderia ter perdido por muito mais. Em sua última partida no comando vascaíno antes de dar lugar a Vanderlei Luxemburgo, Marcos Valadares viu a equipe levar um baile dos paulistas e permanecer na lanterna do Campeonato Brasileiro.

O principal destaque negativo foi o goleiro Sidão. A defesa também não funcionou e as alterações não conseguiram melhorar o rendimento do Cruz-Maltino. Diego Pituca, Rodrygo e Soteldo foram os autores do gol da partida em São Paulo.

Marcos Valadares surpreendeu na escalação do Vasco, utilizando três zagueiros e voltando a contar com Bruno Silva, que não atuava ou era relacionado desde o dia 7 de abril. O Santos, porém, também entrou com novidades e fez o Cruz-Maltino sofrer, principalmente na saída de bola.

Ganhando o meio-campo e ocupando o ataque na maior parte do tempo, os santistas mostraram intensidade. Os vascaínos, por outro lado, tiveram dificuldades para sair atuando com a bola no chão e quase viram os adversários jogando com as tentativas por contra-ataques.

Sofrimento, VAR e falta de organização

A semana inteira de trabalho que Marcos Valadares teve no Vasco quase não mostrou resultado no primeiro tempo. A mudança de formação não funcionou na zaga, que bateu cabeça e sofreu com a dinâmica do time de Jorge Sampaoli. Além de ter dificuldade na marcação, os erros também foram muitos e dois deles custaram caro. Primeiro, Sidão saiu mal com a bola e Pituca abriu a conta. Depois, mais uma vez a saída foi ruim. Rodrygo fez bela jogada e ninguém conseguiu acompanhar, ampliando a vantagem.

Maxi López ainda fez um gol nesse meio tempo, mas viu o árbitro de vídeo anular corretamente por impedimento. Praticamente na única vez que conseguiu chegar ao ataque, o Vasco mostrou alguma qualidade no setor, em jogada criada por Pikachu e Marrony.

Alterações

O Vasco tentou mudar a forma de jogar na segunda etapa e Marcos Valadares apostou nas entradas de Andrey e Bruno César. No entanto, mesmo indo com seis jogadores ao ataque, o Cruz-Maltino não conseguiu pressionar. E com tanta gente na frente, a parte defensiva também sofreu com a exposição.

O Santos até diminuiu o volume, mas continuou tendo boas chances. Aos 27 minutos, Soteldo fez o terceiro do time da casa em mais uma boa jogada de Rodrygo, que infernizou a vida da defesa vascaína.

Problemas e qualidades

A partida foi praticamente toda terrível para o Vasco. Marcos Valadares deixa o comando do time com apenas uma vitória em cinco jogos e a lanterna do Campeonato Brasileiro. O meio e a defesa não funcionaram na partida e a formação escolhida se mostrou equivocada. O goleiro Sidão foi o pior em campo. Saiu mal, se mostrou sem confiança e poderia ter sofrido ainda mais gols se não fosse a pontaria ruim dos adversários.

Se tem algo que o Cruz-Maltino até pode considerar positivo foram as poucas chances criadas. Algumas chegaram até a levar perigo para Vanderlei. Bruno César conseguiu criar e Maxi apareceu bem na área, mas as dificuldades do Vasco em jogar sobressaíram qualquer coisa.

E agora?

O Vasco agora terá uma semana de trabalho com Vanderlei Luxemburgo antes da próxima partida pelo Campeonato Brasileiro. Em São Januário, a equipe receberá o Avaí, que também não vem bem, no domingo, às 19h. A nova comissão técnica começará a montar o time já nesta segunda-feira. O elenco folga e volta aos treinos na terça.

وعن الوضع الاقتصادي في برشلونة: “لسنا في أفضل حال، كان بإمكانهم الحصول على الكثير من المال مقابل بيعي في العام الماضي، لكنني لم أرغب في المغادرة”.

وكيفية التعامل مع الهزائم القاسية: “بالطبع تكون سيء، أشعر بالإحباط، لكني أفكر في المستقبل وما يمكنني فعله بشكل أفضل”.

Watkins did most of the damage taking the next four wickets to fall – all key Gloucestershire batsmen – including Craig Spearman and Chris Taylor in consecutive balls. Glamorgan had earlier been given a flying start by Mark Cosgrove’s 39-ball 52 as he and Jamie Dalrymple added 86 for the first wicket and although the middle order was pegged back the total was more than enough.

Having scored 266 for 5 in their 45 overs thanks to a century from Hashmatullah Shaidi, Afghanistan bowled Pakistan out for 52.Left-arm seamer Fareed struck three times in his first over to dismiss Sami Aslam, Mohammad Umair and Imam-ul-Haq, getting all of them caught behind. Pakistan, at that stage, were 3 for 2. Fareed went wicketless in his second over, but left Pakistan in complete disarray with two wickets each in his third and fourth overs.Left-arm spinner Sharafuddin Ashraf came on and dashed Fareed’s hopes of a ten-for, trapping Karamat Ali lbw in the 11th over to have Pakistan 22 for 8. Fareed then bowled one more over before Afghanistan captain Nasir Ahmadzai took him out of the attack.
