A segunda vitória em dois jogos no comando do Palmeiras deve dar tranquilidade a Mano. -Embora o pessoal de um modo geral me achava mais do mesmo, eu penso que uma análise um pouco mais profunda é capaz de estabelecer diferenças. Todas são boas. Meu time joga com um pouco mais de aproximação, um pouco mais de posse de bola. Estamos trabalhando para a equipe fazer isso. Em determinado momento ainda alongamos muito, aí perdemos o controle. Lá e cá, a mim não deixa contente. Não gosto. Você perde com facilidade o controle do jogo. Quando tem uma vantagem do jogo, é mais desnecessário e menos inteligente ainda. Você dá ao adversário uma oportunidade que ele quer. O time tem que construir essa capacidade de trabalhar a bola, saber levar a marcação para um lado e usar o outro com qualidade. Abrir linhas na defesa. É assim que eu sempre trabalhei.

– Penso que iniciamos bem o jogo, era importante começar bem. Estávamos voltando para casa depois de uma eliminação. Precisávamos transmitir uma tranquilidade. Um jogo isolado que nos aproxima do Santos e Flamengo. Saímos satisfeitos.

EQUILÍBRIO ENTRE ATACAR E DEFENDER
-Eu penso que para vencer um campeonato não pode ficar sofrendo muitos gols toda hora, se não te obriga a fazer muitos gols para obter a vitória. Existe uma confusão entre se defender bem e não atacar. Uma coisa não tem nada a ver com a outra. Se defender bem é a obrigação de um time que está sendo atacado. Se pudermos fazer isso mais para frente, vamos sofrer menos, recuperar a bola no campo de ataque. Esse é o ideal. Mas às vezes você não consegue. Nessa hora você tem que ter uma postura de defesa para evitar que o adversário entre no seu gol. Esse é o caminho.

DEYVERSON FORA DOS RELACIONADOS
-Eu só posso relacionar 23. Temos mais que isso. Alguns, em determinados momentos, vão ficar fora. Mas ninguém está fora do grupo. Não tem razão nenhuma de termos algum jogador fora com o nível de profissionalismo que eles têm. Estamos, para alguns, em um processo de evolução onde é possível, pela qualidade do elenco, você usar em determinados jogos, trabalhar com eles durante uma semana cheia e usar depois. O Deyverson pode estar logo, logo. Não tenho certeza ainda quem colocar no jogo contra o Cruzeiro.

-O Cruzeiro tem um grande elenco, vocês sabem disso. Eu tive o privilégio de ficar três anos lá. Os momentos difíceis todas as equipes passam. É o momento mais difícil do que todos esperavam, mas eu tenho acompanhado as notícias e teremos uma equipe diferente contra nós. É aquela história da troca de filosofia. O Rogério pensa o futebol com suas ideias e está tentando implementar-las. Às vezes as coisas andam mais devagar. O nosso problema é tentar vencer no sábado e fazer a terceira vitória consecutiva, que seria muito bom no último jogo do primeiro turno. Poderíamos fazer uma pontuação quase que recorde do Palmeiras no primeiro turno. Comparado aos números do ano passado, já está se chegando em um número melhor. Before he began to answer questions about the Australia Day match against India, George Bailey joked about the revolving-door nature of the team’s ODI captaincy – you never know who’s going to walk through the door.Australia’s training session on Sunday brought this home, as the incumbent Bailey and his Hobart substitute Steven Smith played fluently in the nets while the rehabilitating Michael Clarke looked pensively on in his training shirt and shorts. It is the sort of “too many cooks” scenario that has brought many a cricket team down in the past, but for the moment it seems each leader is able to work with light enough hands to ensure their fingerprints are not too distracting for the next man.Clarke keen to continue as Test captain

Michael Clarke has no intention of standing aside as Test captain for Steven Smith, though he says he will not take part in the World Cup unless 100% fit to do so.
“As long as the selectors think I’m the right man for the job,” Clarke told the when asked if he wanted to remain captain for the rest of his playing days. “I think I’ve earned that respect, I think I’ve played some really good cricket and from the information I have the selectors are really happy with my performances – personally and also with my captaincy. I’ve heard no different at this stage.”
Clarked reported his rehabilitation was progressing smoothly, the deadline of the February 21 World Cup match against Bangladesh still in sight. “Things are going really well. I’ve rehabbed every day, plenty of training, I’m still ahead of schedule,” Clarke said. “Trying to get fit as soon as I possibly can with the realistic view of February 21 being the date I can be back on the park playing for Australia again.”
But Clarke will not put his hand up to play unless his readiness is proven. “I won’t do that to my teammates, I won’t let them down,” he said. “If I’m fit I’d love to be on the park, if I’m not I won’t do that to my team.”

“To Michael’s credit when he hasn’t played he’s certainly allowed it to be my team,” Bailey said. “A lot of the tours where it’s happened overseas and he’s still been there it’s probably difficult for him to step back, but that’s really helped me not to put my stamp on things because I don’t think I do things all that differently. I think I’m pretty collaborative in the way I try and approach things. I don’t think it’s Michael’s team or my team, I think it’s our team at the moment.”It helps that Bailey is a man of equable temperament and rare maturity among cricketers, able to see the wider picture more effectively than many others. Then there is the fact that the Australian team is these days run conclusively by Darren Lehmann, to the point that neither the captain nor the team manager Gavin Dovey can sign off on much at all without the coach’s input or approval.Lehmann’s deliberations will include Bailey’s place in the XI should Clarke prove his fitness in time to lead during the World Cup; with Shane Watson, Glenn Maxwell, Smith and Clarke there is something of a queue formed for middle-order spots after the opening combination of Aaron Finch and David Warner. Bailey is not allowing himself to be too wrapped up in the various scenarios that may unfold.”If Pup’s there one of the batsmen makes way, if it’s me or someone else that’s how it is,” he said. “I know you guys love writing about it but if I’m not scoring runs and they pick him, that’s fine, that’s the nature of the game. You’re scoring runs or you’re not scoring runs – you get picked or you don’t. It’s a really basic equation.”It’s a very enjoyable thing to do, to captain your country. Tomorrow will be fun, captaining on Australia Day, that will be a real buzz. I’ve always said it’s something I’ve enjoyed because it gives you a unique opportunity to share the success of others – talking to the bowlers about their plans and how they want to execute, seeing it come to fruition, talking to the batters about their different roles and how that’s going to pan out then seeing that happen. It’s an honour to have that role – a unique and special viewpoint to have.”How much longer Bailey can enjoy that viewpoint, or that of a middle-order batsman, will depend on whether he can regain the fluency and form of 2013, when his awareness of match scenarios and knack for power-hitting made him one of the world’s more effective ODI batsmen. His runs have faded more recently, something Bailey attributed partly to greater success being enjoyed further up the order.”It’ll sound a bit silly but I think we’ve been batting really well as a group, so in terms of my role I’ve been coming in a touch later than when I was scoring big runs,” he said. “So I feel like I’m batting as well as I ever have, it’s just a matter of getting some balls in the middle. But hopefully we continue batting as well as we are at the top of the order and that role continues to be a finishing role at the end.”Bailey does not expect to have Mitchell Johnson in harness on Monday, though he has bowled swiftly and well in sessions on both Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Having faced Johnson in the first of these stints, Bailey said Australia’s spearhead was likely to return to the team for the triangular series final in Perth in a week’s time. Watson is also to remain sidelined, while Warner, Xavier Doherty, Mitchell Marsh and Josh Hazlewood may all be in line to return to action. Maxwell and Pat Cummins are two who may have a spell.”What’s really pleasing at the moment, in all formats, is the depth of cricketers we’ve got and the way guys can seamlessly come in from outside the squad or within teams and immediately start performing,” Bailey said. “That’s been really pleasing. It just comes down to having really clear plans within that group.”It doesn’t matter if guys come in for their first game, or guys are coming back in the squad after time out, they’re able to slot into a role that’s well defined for them – with how the captain or team wants them to play. The way Boof and staff integrate guys when they come in, it’s been pretty easy in terms of welcoming the guys in.”For the time being, that also includes the identity of the captain.

وتابع: “اللاعبون أقدامهم ليست في الملعب، من آخر الشوط الثاني والشوطين الإضافيين كان هناك 6 أو 7 لاعبين ليسوا في الملعب، كنت أنظر عليهم من على الخط وكأنهم فريق آخر، وأعذرهم جدًا، لم نُغير كثيرًا على طريقة اللعب التي كانت في الفترة الماضية لأن الوقت كان ضيقًا”.

وأضاف: “الزمالك له حق علينا، بمجرد أن اتصل بي حسين لبيب وأحمد سليمان قبل المباراة بيومين جئت فورًا، ولكي لا يربط أحد تركي للمقاولون العرب بتدريب الزمالك والله لم يحدث”.

وأوضح: “تركت المقاولون لأسباب فنية، وجاءني اتصال (تعالى تسلم العمل غدًا ولديك مباراة هامة أمام بيراميدز)، ولا أستطيع الرفض”.

وأتم: “اليومان الماضيان كنا نتدرب على ركلات الجزاء، وكان هناك ترتيب للمسددين، لكن هناك بعض اللاعبين لم يكونوا قادرين على التسديد بعد لعب 120 دقيقة، ولذلك غيرنا الترتيب قبل التسديد مباشرة”.

A Comissão Nacional dos Clubes (CNC) se reuniu na tarde desta quinta-feira na sede da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol. Durante aproximadamente três horas, presidentes, dirigentes e outros representantes de clubes das séries A, B e C do Campeonato Brasileiro trataram sobre um tema que vem avançando cada vez mais no Brasil: clube-empresa. Presidente do Vasco, Alexandre Campello foi o representante da CNC a conversar com os jornalistas após o encontro, destacando que a maior parte dos clubes, atualmente, não está propensa a sair do modelo sem fins lucrativos para o empresarial. Foi pedido calma para a tramitação e posterior votação no Congresso Nacional, ainda não maduro sob a avaliação da CNC.

– A maioria dos clubes hoje não está propensa a virar empresa. Se tiver alguma mudança, que não seja obrigatória. Devemos avançar mais em outras condições. Há questões de insegurança que precisam ser debatidas. Por que a urgência? Por que agora querem salvar os clubes? Os clubes mesmo não sugeriam isso. Tem que ter um período e discussão maior, não de uma ou duas semanas. No caso do Vasco, por exemplo, eu não acho que o Vasco tenha perfil para virar empresa. Acredito que o torcedor não queira ver o Vasco com um dono – destacou o presidente do Cruz-Maltino, que entregou uma carta da CNC emitida após a reunião aos jornalistas.

Nesta carta da CNC (confira imagem acima, na íntegra) com o posicionamento dos clubes sobre o tema de clube-empresa após a reunião, foram destacados, entre outros pontos, a união dos clubes para esta pauta, considerada importante dentro do cenário do futebol do Brasil, e a posição que a iniciativa ainda não está madura para ser colocada em votação de maneira imediata. Na Câmara dos Deputados, a expectativa é a de que a votação ocorra ainda neste mês, com o parecer dado pelo deputado federal Pedro Paulo (DEM/RJ), relator do principal projeto de clube-empresa no Congresso Nacional – este prazo é visto como necessário devido às articulações para escapar das novas regras previdenciárias, o que impediriam o parcelamento das dívidas. Representantes da CNC irão se reunir com o deputado na próxima semana.

– Em linhas gerais, a reunião da CNC foi bastante ampla, importante para os clubes do Brasil. Estes debates já vinham acontecendo há algum tempo, com um núcleo mais restrito. Agora, ampliamos aqui na CBF. Existe um consenso de que há uma insegurança grande nestas alterações propostas do clube-empresa, principalmente na parte trabalhista e fiscal, além da manutenção da isenção fiscal para os clubes associativos. Na parte de recuperação judicial também há uma insegurança muito grande. Deve ser aprimorado e bastante discutido antes de mais nada. Muito do passivo que hoje os clubes possuem são discutíveis. Não há necessidade de um novo refinanciamento. Dentro do Profut dá para resolver outras questões – finalizou Alexandre Campello.

Presidente do Botafogo, principal clube, entre os grandes, com o projeto mais avançado sobre clube-empresa após interesse dos irmãos Moreira Salles, Nelson Mufarrej esteve presente na reunião e não quis conversar com os jornalistas. De acordo com Alexandre Campello, porém, o mandatário do Alvinegro não se colocou contrário às opiniões, estando de acordo com o comunicado emitido pela CNC. Já Marquinho Chedid, presidente do Bragantino, clube que já atua como clube-empresa no futebol brasileiro, conversou com o LANCE! após a reunião e se posicionou sobre o tema.

– Já somos um clube-empresa, a Lei Pelé já permite que uma associação pessoa jurídica já participe disso. Agora, transformar todos os clubes brasileiros em clube-empresa… Os clubes menores, temos 600 clubes no Brasil, vão acabar. Esta lei tem de ser discutida e aprofundada em todos os seus termos, já que é uma alteração muito grande no futebol brasileiro, na estrutura do futebol brasileiro, e precisa ter a participação de todos os setores – destacou o mandatário.

Em entrevista exclusiva ao LANCE!, publicada no último sábado, o deputado federal Pedro Paulo comentou sobre os principais pontos do projeto que relata na Câmara – confira a seguir a íntegra desta declaração. “Importante dizer que não é obrigatório. Na França, a partir de um certo faturamento, é obrigado que um clube deixe de ser uma associação civil, sem fins lucrativos, para virar uma empresa. Não estamos fazendo de forma obrigatória, mas estamos dando incentivos para que os clubes façam esta migração. O primeiro incentivo é uma chance de refinanciamento das dívidas públicas, a dívida fiscal, é uma modelagem que estamos construindo para este novo refinanciamento de dívidas. Aí você vai me dizer: “é um novo Refis?”. Não, não é um novo Refis. Refis fizeram, os cinco anteriores, aumentando o passivo fiscal dos clubes. Agora estamos fazendo para o universo das empresas. E aí tem uma diferença importante, que é a questão patrimonial. Quando você faz um refinanciamento para uma empresa e ela não paga, o executivo responde com patrimônio, o acionista da empresa responde com patrimônio, então esta primeira alavanca é essa. O segundo ponto é a recuperação judicial, com critérios especiais. Clubes muito endividados, ao virarem empresas, podem usar o mecanismo da recuperação judicial, o que já existe para empresas, mas estamos quebrando duas regras – o tempo, uma empresa recém-criada, por exemplo, teria que esperar dois anos para ter direito de entrar na lei da recuperação judicial. O projeto prevê esta quebra de dois anos, e permite que a empresa criada possa trazer os passivos do clube. O que aconteceu que não deu certo nas empresas que foram criadas a partir dos clubes até agora? O sujeito vai lá, o clube vai lá, cria a empresa, aí carrega os ativos, mas não os passivos. Aí quando vem uma decisão judicial, o juiz não quer saber se a empresa é ou não responsável pelo passivo, aí bloqueia a conta da empresa e do clube. Trazer este passivo é fundamental, daí a recuperação judicial permitindo a transferência deste passivo. Ainda temos outros mecanismos que estamos trazendo para as empresas. A lei de incentivo do esporte, assim como a lei Rouanet, da cultura, possa ser oferecida para o clube possa ser proponente de um projeto incentivo da lei de incentivo ao esporte. Outra questão que estamos criando para incentivar os clubes a virarem empresas é a questão do betting rights, tem muitos sites de apostas que colocam os lances do jogo, isso é uma fonte importante de financiamento, no mercado da Europa isto gera R$ 1 bilhão de receita para os times. Só que aqui no Brasil, nem clubes, nem clubes-empresas, podem cobrar betting rights. Então a ideia é a que possamos oferecer este mecanismo ao clube-empresa para que possa cobrar o betting rights destas empresas de apostas. São estes os mecanismos que estamos utilizando para que dê incentivos aos clubes virarem empresas, em uma nova fase de suas histórias”
